Chest Radiograph Anatomical Structure Segmentation (CRASS12)

The goal of CRASS12 is to compare methods for automatic segmentation of anatomical structures in chest radiographs. The challenge will be started with segmentation of the clavicles and later tasks to segment other anatomical structures will be added. Any team, whether from academia or industry, can join.

How does it work?

The organisation of this challenge is similar to that of previous challenges described on Grand Challenges in Medical Image Analysis.

On this website, teams can register to participate in the study. After registration, they can download training and test data, apply their segmentation algorithms to the test data and upload the results. The submitted results will be evaluated against a reference standard and will be published on-line on this site.

The challenge will start in 2013. Downloading of the first data sets is now possible .
